Visiting secretlondon this weekend. Went to Camden this afternoon to get a replacement bag for my black one with the pink spikes, which has slightly fallen apart (should be repairable though).

Either my copy of the Observer has vanished into thin air, or I left it at the newsagent.

did wear planned outfit (bigbig red/black skirt and red/black top, along with the corset), which worked much better than i was expecting it to. of course, this left me unable to really go up the stairs to go to nowhere (did poke my head in at one point). psychocandy itself was quite fun. there was a strange guy with no teeth who wanted to touch people (think merlina had the best reaction to that - shouting "DO NOT TOUCH ME"). but aside from that, fun.

back from visting alexa_robinson. Intrusion was quite good! back to work tomorrow, and decisions to make.

back from merciless. didn't get headache attack which is good, but did suffer from excess tiredness, hence me being here now. good to see everyone!

took milkyeyes to Jacey's last night for drinks and chat. quite a nice bar mid-week, dead quiet but still atmospheric. in the end i did let him use the quiz, but he had forgotten his password so he couldn't anyway! and now so have I. oops. he's driving back to dundee now.

should be awake enough for Intelekt tonight (and psychocandyclub tomorrow.) and if i'm not, i will just ingest more caffeine!

back from harborough, where i got very drunk, watched last two episodes of angel (and one i had somehow missed) and got woken up too early.

probably going to autonomy/retribution tonight, depending upon how tired i am.

Back from going swimming with Charli. Was good. Managed to swim a few half-lengths of the pool (with floats) and a few metres without floats. Haven't been swimming for several years (not entirely sure how many - possibly about nine or ten), so that is all very good. Not much trouble either.

After this we found her some socks and wellies, and she annoyed the staff at the Leicester branch of Wilkinsons by buying a 58p packet of sweets with a credit card and her staff discount card. *cackle*

I bought a thing that supposedly lets me carry around 240 CDs (I want to be a DJ when I am grown up, I decided). Going to see how many it can really take.

At squirmelia's, recovering from the party. Will write up about it properly when I get home (assuming I can remember anything). Was good to finally meet eldritchreality. National Rail is giving me silly suggestions for train journeys, including changing at Clapham, Vauxhall and St Pancras. There are to be photos of me in my costume apparently.

brendan benson good! although i would probably have appreciated it more had i been less drunl. didn't think much of the support acts really, the middle one kept cocking up.

was good to meet up with fox_in_snow properly, also met mellowdoubt for the first time. apparently he has a cd collection bigger than mine, which means i can stop feeling guilty!
