Or in the case of an online application form that I filled there were 'radio buttons' for 'yes' 'no' and 'oh I didn't want either' cos some options were neither yes/no. Except they weren't labelled in a barakta friendly manner and I had to spend 10 mins figuring why the blasted thing refused to submit.

I hate people who abuse conventions and use things in an annoying unconventional way *stab*.
