Sanctus tonight at Sin, and Sedition in Brixton.
(Sanctus is one room of batcave goth and one room of 'goth-metal', with Voices of Masada and Dust live, Sedition is the reunion of the Full Tilt crowd with XPQ-21 live)
and tomorrow there's Invocation, or Inkubus Sukkubus are playing at Slimelight if you prefer.
And tomorrow during the day, there's Project Party Hard. Anonymous from all over the net are gathering at the churches of scientology in London to stage a protest of sorts. Very friendly, will be giving out flyers and cake. Wear a mask.

Unfortunately I think my headache has got the better of me again and so no clubbing this evening. Scientology thing looks fun, may go along if I can get my act together.

My answers were going to be about the same as the above! Sedition and scientology are about all I know of. Me and [livejournal.com profile] fluffymark were also thinking of going to see some art. You'd be welcome to join us.

more details? is that a random suggestion or an invitation?

several russians were overheard saying that the big russian museums only let them borrow the crappy paintings.

Ah. I don't have anything like the necessary background or context to go along and appreciate that, I expect.

I'm struggling into the city tomorrow for this (http://www.okfn.org/okcon/), but "exciting" is perhaps not even remotely the right word! (Last year's was interesting, though.)

I'm slightly skeptical of this type of organisation and event. Prefer going out and surveying suburbs to talking about same.

I know the feeling.

Most of what they talk about is vapour, and it always annoys me a little, but on the other hand... some isn't, and I figure it's good to occasionally go out and hear what people are up to, rather than just wait to stumble across them.

(Plus, I have to be in London that evening anyway, so I may as well spend the day there. Not the greatest of sacrifices...)

Pembury tonight. But you probably already knew that.
