i'm about two-thirds of the way through Frankenstein now.

i am wondering how different the story would have been had Frankenstein's monster been slightly smarter and had WORN A PAPER BAG OVER ITS HEAD. discuss.

Frankenstein was a kind story compared to human nature...

according to the book frankenstein thought his creation was perfect until it opened its eyes unless my memory is playing up (which it isn't unfortunately as things would have been quieter tonight if it was) so in theory the creature was not that monstrous in appearance

kind of yeah

"How can I describe my emotions at this catastrophe, or how delineate the wretch whom with such infinite pains and care I had endeavoured to form? His limbs were in proportion, and I had selected his features as beautiful. Beautiful!--Great God! His yellow skin scarcely covered the work of muscles and arteries beneath; his hair was of a lustrous black, and flowing; his teeth of a pearly whiteness; but these luxuriances only formed a more horrid contrast with his watery eyes, that seemed almost of the same colour as the dun white sockets in which they were set, his shrivelled complexion and straight black lips."

so, PAPER BAG TIME, right?

random: why people should always check the output of your en_GB script (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=340226).

the silly thing is i've seen this one before, i'm sure.

maybe an explicit check for Colourado? or maybe the script was just a bad idea in the first place.

Oh no no, I really like the script. Saves a lot of time in the right hands.
